✨What You’ll Do
As an Elephant Flooring Estimator, you will:
🏡 Visit Local Customers
Attend booked appointments and provide a friendly, professional in-home service.
📏 Measure Rooms & Areas
Measure any spaces the customer wants flooring in — bedrooms, living rooms, hallways, stairs, landings and more.
Full training provided.
💳 Collect Deposits
Take deposits quickly and easily by card, cash or text payment link.
📝 Complete Digital Orders
Use our simple digital order form to submit each sale and keep your sales pipeline organised.
🌍 Work Fully Remotely
Manage your own diary, appointments and weekly targets.
📣 Generate Leads Locally
Advertise in your area to bring in new customers — with additional leads supplied by us.
Earnings & Support
As an employed Estimator with Elephant Flooring, you’ll receive a £1,000 monthly salary, with realistic on-target earnings of £650–£850 per week, depending on your effort and number of appointments completed.
We focus on realistic, achievable targets, with full support from our office team to help you reach them.
This role offers unlimited earning potential — the more appointments you attend and the more customers you help, the more you earn. Pay is issued monthly.

When a new lead comes in, it is allocated by postcode to the appropriate Estimator you will receive a txt, email & notification.
Your process is simple:
1.Receive the lead through the app
2.Call the customer and book the appointment
3.Attend, measure and present the service
4.Close the deal and collect the deposit
5.Submit the order through our digital platform

1. How long will fitting take?
Fitting usually takes around 14 days from the time of order. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to install sooner, depending on stock and availability.
2. How many rooms or areas can I have?
You can carpet multiple rooms or areas, as long as the total order stays within your £500 credit limit. Larger orders may require a higher deposit to proceed.
3. How do we take payment?
You pay a deposit at the time of ordering, and the fitting fee is paid directly to the fitting team on the day of installation.
Your remaining balance is paid via monthly direct debit, set up through our secure system.
4. I’ve lost my bank card — what should I do?
If you’ve lost your card or changed your bank, you can update your payment details through the secure link we send you, or contact our office — we’ll help you update your payment method quickly.
5. I’m struggling with debt — What can I do?
If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review your account and discuss available support options. Missing payments may delay fitting or future orders.
6. What is my credit limit, and what if I go over it?
Every customer starts with a £500 credit limit, repayable over a maximum of 12 months.
If your order exceeds this amount, you can increase your deposit or remove items until your order falls within the approved limit.
7. Can I pay weekly or set my own payment date?
We only offer monthly payments, not weekly plans.
However, you can choose your preferred monthly payment date, giving you control over when your payment is collected.
8. How much is a carpet or vinyl?
The price of a carpet or vinyl depends on the size of the room or area you need fitting.

You don’t have to spread the cost — you can choose to pay in full if you prefer.
Customers who pay in full also receive free underlay as part of their order.
