Step 2: Secure Your Order

When you're ready to go ahead, we take a small initial payment to lock in your order.
You can pay by cash, debit or credit card, or bank transfer.
We’ll then set up your monthly payments on a date you choose, either by direct debit or debit card.
Once this is done, we book your fitting date at a time that works best for you.

Step 3: Professional Installation

Your installer arrives and completes the fitting to a high standard, ensuring everything looks perfect before they leave.
You can then enjoy your new flooring while your monthly payments continue automatically and hassle-free.

1. How long will fitting take?

Fitting usually takes around 14 days from the time of order. In exceptional circumstances, we may be able to install sooner, depending on stock and availability.

2. How many rooms or areas can I have?

You can carpet multiple rooms or areas, as long as the total order stays within your £500 credit limit. Larger orders may require a higher deposit to proceed.

3. How do we take payment?

You pay a deposit at the time of ordering, and the fitting fee is paid directly to the fitting team on the day of installation.
Your remaining balance is paid via monthly direct debit, set up through our secure system.

4. I’ve lost my bank card — what should I do?

If you’ve lost your card or changed your bank, you can update your payment details through the secure link we send you, or contact our office — we’ll help you update your payment method quickly.

5. I’m struggling with debt — What can I do?

If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review your account and discuss available support options. Missing payments may delay fitting or future orders.

6. What is my credit limit, and what if I go over it?

Every customer starts with a £500 credit limit, repayable over a maximum of 12 months.
If your order exceeds this amount, you can increase your deposit or remove items until your order falls within the approved limit.

7. Can I pay weekly or set my own payment date?

We only offer monthly payments, not weekly plans.
However, you can choose your preferred monthly payment date, giving you control over when your payment is collected.

8. How much is a carpet or vinyl?

The price of a carpet or vinyl depends on the size of the room or area you need fitting.

9. Do I have to spread the cost, or can I pay in full?

You don’t have to spread the cost — you can choose to pay in full if you prefer.
Customers who pay in full also receive free underlay as part of their order.
